My wife Sara & I have been watching a Merganser fly into an old Pileated Woodpecker hole for the last couple weeks down by our beach and boat launch area. So, I decided to put my camera at the base of the tree that was protected by a bunch of pines. Looks like they made the jump (about 28') and march to the lake Sunday morning... Here's mom waiting for the rest of the crew She'll be busy keeping them away from the Pike and the Blue Heron
Those are some awsome photos, I have been thinking about different animals to try and capture photos of with my camera, its always neat to see different critters than what you normally see!
