Just wondering if this drop away is worth the price for those of you who have shot one. I'm currently using a biscuit but wondering if I should upgrade to a drop away since i'm upgrading bows. Thanks again ya'll.

I jus got the mathews edition qad rest bout a week ago or so. Only shot it couple times but really like it so far. I think its the same as hdx but not completely sure, wanted the lost camo hdx but no right handed at shop. One of my buddies had one of the lower end qad rest, not sure which, on his mission bow and as far as I know he never had problem with it. I like the ability to flil the rest up without having to draw bow and it fully captures arrow. If your gonna order it online I'm think walnut creek archery has them marked down some so could save ya a few bucks maybe.

i have the ultra rest LD its quite a bit cheeper and it is great the ultra rest hunter is a good choice also even cheeper than the LD, BUT the LD is hard to adjust and get tuned so if ya dont wanna spend the big coin on the HDX you can go with there cheeper rests and trust me it is way better than your WB lol

I can highly recomend the Ripcord Code Red !! it's much cheaper than QAD and works perfect. It's not to chunky aswell :)

I was going to buy the QAD but had to go to NAP Apache Carbon because apparently the QAD isn't as compatible with PSE as people like.

I had 3 QADs that I did not like. They were loud, had issues cocking them up and way to many parts for my liking. I would recommend NAP Carbon Apache or Ripcord if going to a drop away. As a hunting rest goes, I think the WB it one of the best. The only issue I have with them is they are loud on the draw unless you search for the right arrow. Alumunums the loudest and Axis is the quietest I found.

qad,hdx is one of the best rests one the market if not #1.not compatable with pse(BS)and if set up properly they are not noisy.they have by far the best customer care in the industry. As stated they have the hdx mathews, and hoyt.but are at a higher price do to the name.the set screw will not work with the grind riser but if tighten down tight the standard hdx will work fine.its the only rest i personally stand behind 100 % and i have sold hundreds of them on all makes and models of bows.

Uh is that why there is a whole thread on AT about PSE DNAs with QAD? Yea it can fit with some adjustments, but its not the ideal spot.

I made the switch from a WB to QAD a few years ago and have not even considered anything else! Good quality and customer support there too. You won't be dissapointed a bit.

I switched over to a QAD HD a few years back and I instantly noticed my accuracy increased. So much so that I was able to start practicing at those longer yardages I never thought were possible. Ended up putting the same rest on my wife and daughter's bow's. Would be hard to get me to change.

I had the whisker biscuit for a little bit last year just because I had that rest for three yeas prior and loved it. But then I was shooting out to 40, 50, and 60 yards and could not get a decent group what so ever. So then I decided to go pick up a QAD Hdx after hearing all the hype and I couldn't be any more happier with a rest! It's well worth every penny trust me and the rest of the guys you will not be disappointed.
