have used an QAD Ultra HD since about 2008 and have two of the less expensive QAD hunter rest on two other bows and have had great service from all three. Am sure the other brand drop down rests are great too but I'm sold on QAD.

QAD HDX is the best drop away rest out there IMO

I would call Bob at NAP. He may have some answers. Great CS at NAP.

I've used a rip cord for a lot of years. Never had a problem. I'm installing one on my new Elite E32 this week.

Funny, Ive seen hundreds if not thousands of QAD rests over the years. Hunting bows, winning tournaments etc and have never encountered 3 failures. There is a reason its THE #1 SELLING REST for years and years. I have personally tried the TT smackdown pro (nice rest) Limbdriver pro v (also a nice rest) Qad (favorite) and both versions of the NAP apache. I always go back to the QAD. Limbdriven rests offer nothing over a cable driven rest. Some say otherwise but that's not my view.

Ripcord Ace Micro!!!! over 5,000 arrows with my new bow, and at least another 2,000 before that with no issues!!

Also I decided I wanted a different color fork at some point, and ripcord mailed me two for just a couple bucks shipping

I went with the QAD HDX in Red. Thanks for all the recommendations.
