I love how everything cost 5k, LOL
    Busing
    Special Ed
    Band and other extra stuff
    School shrink
    Counsler
School Lunch Program and now Breakfast in some schools
    School Board
Plus all the administration staff and cost.

Can we do better? Hell yes, but simply saying private schools do it cheaper is not a fair assesment. The private school here does it for more.

The big thing when considering charter school costs/student is (when stating they are publicly funded).....it's hard to figure in building costs (which are PRIVATELY funded).

Did you actually read that, Sliver?

What did Walker say (not the imposter) that has the union supporters' panties in a wad?

    That's not the question.

Walker wants to refinance 165,000,000 payment due this spring for you guys.

    How does this save money?

    Sorry misinterpreted your question.

My understanding is that they get a much better interest rate if they renew by the deadline.

Yes, and this move is going to cost between 14-29 million as he pushes the payment out and uses the 165,000,000 to back fill his budget.

He's not the only one who does crap like this, our former Gov was a master at it.

Saying the right things in a speech is nice, actually doing them is another. In the future Wisc is going to have to cut the extra 14-29 million somewhere else.
All sides do they above, it's just night right IMO.

    Joe:

Ever seen the shows where the police dept. sends out invitations to people who have warrants on them.....telling them to show up at a place to get free sports tickets/etc...?

I'm not correlating what the dem senators is doing with a crime. But, it's unethical.

What's the difference? Is what LEO's doing "tricking" the fugitives? Does the end justify the means? My guess is, our opinions will differ on this.

Jeff I think it would have been a slick politcal move, a move any politician would have tried.

I just think it's funny the dumbass got punked on it.

So...if the convicts don't show up......the police dept. "got punked"?

Interesting way of looking at things. I guess my sense of right and wrong is a little different.

Ohhhh. So....what the dem senators is doing isn't really supposed to be computed?

I'm sorry. There's not much anyone could do to get them back in the state house that would trip my unethical meter.

I'm being 100% honest when I tell you, Joe.....not even a little smirk.
