We have a tax break for movie industry, it's costing Michigan more money then it's bringing in. He is using the above to off set the tax he is eliminating the Michigan Business tax. IMO will bring in more money then the Movie Tax break. This is what conseravtives the past 25 years were suppose to do, when you give a tax break you cut spending somewhere else. Michigan does not tax pensions for Sr's(milkshakes), were the only state who does this, he is taxing pension over 90 grand, and not that much either. The point he's not one of these conservative hacks(sheep) some love so much. He paid for his own campaign, he does not owe any group anything.
