    From what I know about our code book Skywalker it is the things that are "stated" not implied that are the rules in our book. If it don't state it then you are good to go is how it has been explained to me.

    It is written that NOTHING can be left in the woods on the State/Public land I hunt. However, I still put cams out and have even mentioned to DCNR wardens that I have cams out. They have said nothing to me about them not being allowed, so I will continue to put them out, like I have for the last 13 years.

    2 different deer but always on public land.... Lots of time and patients... But totally worth it.
