Try the PSE Vendetta, Drive, and Revenge before you make a decision for sure these bows have some of the smoothest draw and minimal handshock. incredibly quick and very forgiving. BUT as with all bows on the market what it boils down to is personal comfort and personal preference Good luck in your search!
I believe, the Shooter should choose a bow, he or she is most comfortable with. Me Personally, I shot 16 different bows before settling on my PSE Rally. I say choose the bow that best suits your needs and budget. I opted to build the bow myself instead of having the Pro shop do it for me. It shoots great! But in the future when I decide to upgrade, I wouldn't be surprised if I shoot a ton of Bows before I decide to retire my bow.
I lied I didnt pull the trigger, 6-8 weeks from manufacturer and I dont want to wait that long. But I would buy one if it wasn't such a long wait!
My goodness mathews is incredibly overrate and over priced. Plenty of other bows out there that can compete that aren't as expensive. I shot Hoyt, Mathews and Bowtech when choosing a bow. I shot all of the comparable models to the Bowtech Insanity and ended up choosing the insanity. I'm 5'8'' with a short draw and wanted a bow that could pack a punch. The bowtech insanity will give you more speed than any of the other comparable models that Hoyt and Mathews offers. On a another note, my buddy bought the Bowtech RPM 360 and that bow is wickkkkked fast.
You seriously just dug up a post thats over a year old to bash mathews? And its your first post at that.....trolling much?
i didn't even realize how old this thread was till you said that. i assumed this was recent convo lol.
I shoot a mathews because I love them, And by the way mathews doesnt cost any more than any of the other top of the line bows. I dont know why people keep saying they do.
PERSONAL OPINION HERE.......PSE bows look like toys to me. They are god awful ugly, have horrible draw cycles, and vibrate like a pornstars purse. That said, I shoot the new flagship bow every year it comes out. I have not been impressed by a single one of them yet in the last 5 years except for the speed. I will not even consider shooting a bowtech, they have been plagued with issues for years. Limbs splitting, cracking and peeling finishes, heck even the new bows this year had cam issues where they were cutting the strings and slide issues wearing cables. Get with the program bowtech, It should not take YEARS to put a stop to your stupid issues. Especially the limbs, that went on for years. I dont care if they get everything fixed and working 100 percent, I wont even consider a bowtech for years to come. I am not a mathews fan boy, although I do love their bows. I also really like the new bear bows and hope they can continue to improve. I currently shoot a mission ballistic. After shooting 15 or more bows this year, the ballistic chose me
