When I had my rally I put a rip cord code red rest, a trophy ridge sight and they were great improvements, an you can also do a new stabilizer/stabilizers. that's what I did at least and it was great. Hope that helps ya

Very first upgrade you should do with a Rally is new strings! Mine stretched out so many times. I recommend a 5 pin sight with 0.010 (or 0.19) pins, or an HHA sight. B Stinger Stabilizer, or any stabilizer over 6 inches, my Rally when I had it did not like any stabilizer less than 4 inches. The QAD Hunter Rest would work great for that bow, or any limb driver / full containment drop away rest. The quiver could be anything of your choice. Lastly bowjax dampening! That bow is pretty loud. Just remember that your bow will already start of at 4.5lbs and your just going to add on so much more weight with the equipment.

Your best set up that would save you money:
Bow String Depot, Winners Choice Strings, Vapor Trail Strings (Varies per company)
Tru Glo Rite Sight Xs 5 Pin .019 Sight W/light Black ... retails $30
    Xfactor 6" Stabilizer Black ... retails $20
Ultra Drop Away Hunter Rest Right Hand ... retails $60
Bear Claw 5 Arrow Quiver Black ... retails $25
    Peep ... Your Choice
    Release ... Your Choice
    Arrows ... Your Choice
Sling ... Bow String depot / Your Choice

If I had that bow again and I had to redo it, this is what I would do. Lol, sorry was on a roll
