I might regret this but where did you get this information from? Your buddy missed a deer with a mathews and you shot yours with a pse?
Id like to see this statistic with the research to back it up. They are both great bows, but pse bows are just freaking ugly. They look like movie props or childrens toys. Quit being a troll, especially without the proof to back up your mouth
Why did the limbs explode? This question A TON of reasons or possible answers: many of which are user/operator error or bow neglect. Did the thing get stored in a vehicle in the summer months...or a garage with extremely higher than normal heat....was it properly taken care of? My dad had a High Country (we still have it as a backup) that had the split limbs on and they started hairline cracking where the limbs became one....never exploded even. Just curious if there is more to the story?
I have to agree with this. While im not a fan of pse, they do make a quality bow. I find this hard to believe
I was young when it happened so i cant tell all the truth but, I was told upon his release the top limb just snapped only being held on by fibers. I am unsure how he stored his bow but i'm pretty sure this was a manufacture defect as he has been hunting and shooting way longer then i've been alive. possibly 1 out of a million but it happened and nothing was done about it. The best part about it is he has been a IT guy for over 20 years and has been doing reviews for over 10! Once PSE found out he was bad talking them on the WEB they contacted him and tried to pull some legal mumbo jumbo saying they were going to sue, freedom of speech was around 10 years ago right? I just wanted to share my opinion because I have a bone head marine cousin who dry fired my Mathews Z7 and when I shared the story to them they ended up replacing my limbs for shipping cost. Customer service plus a great product really draw me in.
It was also in the 90s. There has been a lot of progress since then.. You can't compare 90s to 2010s Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Unless you plan on buying a 90s PSE I wouldnt be too worried that it is going to explode and even then I would worry. I shoot a low 2000s PSE and my bow is still intact
