Hi you guys, i simply just need help deciding which bow i should by. So i would like to know if anybody has any experience with either or both these bows. I like them both in many different ways and i simply just have problems deciding. I hunt in Denmark with it where we shoot roe deer at a max distance of 25 m. Any help will be appriciaded appreciated
I am totally with hunt2010 on this one. PSE, Hoyt, and Mathews are like Ford, Chevy, and Dodge. They are all good. In trucks I like in this order: Dodge, Ford, and Chevy. In bows: Hoyt, PSE, and Bowtech. Sorry Mathews doesn't make the cut for me. I can't stand a Mathews but, the best thing to do is go shoot both of them and decide which one you like best. If possible close your eyes and have the pro tech put the bows in your hand without telling you which one it is, have him place your hands where they need to be and draw the bow back so that you decide based on the one that feels the best to you. It may just work.
I dont have the Z7 extreme but do have the Z7 Magnum (thourght it felt much better than the extreme z7 & alot more stable) I have shot a mates PSE Evo & I can't put into words how much better the Z7 is !! It's just WOW!!
You're going to get a huge variety of different answers. I have the z7 xtreme and love it. It has everything I want in size, speed, options, and feel. I had a specific purpose in mind when I bought it; I wanted a hunting bow first, and a fun/target/ 3D bow second. The z7x will fight in tight areas and is very accurate. However it's not quite as smooth as some out there. The fact is that both are extremely good bows, both are very high quality and both will get the job done. So it's really up to you. Decide what you want in a bow, shoot all the ones you can that can fit your goal and the winner will pick itself.
