Do you think that the PSE Deer HUnter Bow is alright for an adult beginner ? I have never shot a bow before but I really want to get into it. I've been checking out a lot of bows but someone recommended to me that I start off with a tried and true bow package set up like the PSE Deer Hunter Package. I just wasn't sure if it was strictly for youths and women. I also like the PSE Stinger and the Bear Charge but I don't want too much bow since I am brand new to the sport. What do you guys think ???

I personally think the Stringer is the very best bow for the money out there (spend the extra $50). It is a very dependable and durable bow. You cannot go wrong with this bow. Shoot several bows within your price range though. Find the one that fits comfortably and give you the confidence you'll need in the feild. Take your time and do not settle for what a sales person pushes on you. When you find "your" bow, you'll know...

    Best of luck! Have fun!

If it shoots consistent and has enough me with your arrow setup it will get it done. My first seven years of bowhunting were done with a pse that I got from a major box store and it killed a lot of deer.
