I sent PSE two emails trying to get the bolt that holds the 8 arrow Infinnity quiver on the mount thats attached to the bow and can't even get a response. Sure glad it's not something critical and during bow season.
that sux! I heard some bad reviews on a bow company I was going to buy from and switched to Elite, even the shop owner approved of my decision and said he wished more people would choose Elite, they are an upstanding company.
Bob, Have you tried calling customer service? Here's their number: 520-884-9065 If you're not satisfied, then someone isn't doing their job. I will let those at the top know! Send me a PM with your results.
Thats the first time i have heard anything bad about PSE. I had an upper Limb crack from the limb bolt up about three inches. I called them they sent me a box all i had to pay for was postage to get the bow to them. They replaced both limbs, both limp pockets, both limb bolts, cable, string, cam, wheel, cam and wheel axles, cable slide, cable slide bar, grip, and repainted the riser all for free. So i have no complaints about them or any part of their company, and will probably never shoot anything other than PSE.
Best of Luck! I would try calling as IMO that is a better way to get a quick response. If you don't get any response or just don't wanna mess with it let me know and I'll see if I can get the piece you need The most important thing about a company is Great CS, yes even more important than the bows IMO as most bows are good quality anymore. Unfortuately some companies find this out the hard way. Dan
PSE has the BEST customer service in the business, as a dealer for many years, this comes from experience. By the way- its better to go thru your pro shop for anything....dealers have a little " pull ".
just my thoughts on this as ive never dealt with or owned a pse. but it is just at the end of most hunting seasons, some are still going i think, and their inbox is probably flooded with questions, requests for repair, and everything from a-z. yeah it sucks not hearing back from them in a timeley manner, but whenever i email martin with a question, it usually takes about 3-5 days to get back to me. luckily ive never had a significant problem like a cracked limb or anything. so id say wait it out before you completely write it off as sad. but i will tell you this, i emailed limbsaver requesting an owners manual for my deadzone, and within about 20 minutes my phone beeped and i had an email from them saying hed either mail one to me or email me the PDF. i went with the pdf, and about an hour later it was in my inbox. excellent CS on their part.
