If anyone out there is considering buying a bow I can honestly report the PSE brute will not disappoint. I shot a Diamond, Bear and PSE at Cabelas and the choice was easy. I'm fairly new to archery/bow hunting so I haven't had the pleasure of shooting a thousand dollar bow, but for half of that cost the PSE Brute is nice 70lbs and 29" inches of pure joy
I own both a PSE Vendetta and older model brute. I absolutely love the brute. Its a great little bow for the money.
I am getting ready to buy a new PSE. I currently have a PSE Fireflite 33 which i love( 7y/o). I haven't decided on what to get and what price range i have to work with.(the wife will decide that part for me...) looking to get the Dream Season PRO. I had the opportunity to shoot a Omen and vendetta and they both shot really smooth. Havent had the chance to shoot a brute though, and what price they are going for has me very interested and wanting to.
My cousin owns a brute and he loves it, I haven't had the chance to fire it but I could imagine it being a nice bow for the buck as all the PSE's I've shot/owned usually are.
