Well, here is the update that nearly didn't happen.

I didn't want to make my self a liar....

I used brown coil stock to enclose the rafter end.

    The gutter and downspout.

    The door stops.

The step down from the house to the patio... Yes, those are mitered corners on the steps framing. Why? Guess I had a little extra time that evening.

Finally, the pavers in front of the doors. I dug out the foundation leveled it and tamped it. Then added sand, level it and set the pavers. Then sanded the joints and back filled around the edges of the pavers and tamped the soil then added grass seed.

The only thing not done, and will not be done until they go on closeout for the year are the landscape timbers for the "flowers". I see no point in paying $5 each now when I know they will be dropped to like $2 for the fall.

I will not be updating this thread with that though when I do it.

Nice work. I like the use of the brown coil stock.

Looks great, Scott! The mitered corners adds a nice touch:D

Did you use polymeric sand to fill the joints on the pavers or just traditional sand?

    Thanks guys.

I forgot to add, it took the county auditor NO time to get out here and measure it to add it to my property tax....

I had two 50# bags of play sand left over from when I made the sand box, so I used that.
