That’s a real nice set up. I hope to have something like that one day if I ever get a garage or pole barn. Mine is my kitchen counter and dining table right now. Lol. Disposable table clothes usually keeps the wife happy

The Miller Lite can next to the sausage just makes the picture! I could use a beer right now! Haha! But definitely a nice set up. My kitchen is all I have.

Very nice, I'm usually using a folding table with cut trash bags to be a "tablecloth," and a gambrel hoisted into the rafters of the barn to get my deer hung, and where I can skin/butcher... I usually bone it out, then bag it until I can get into the house, and then do the "meat cutting" part. I run a 1HP grinder, takes about an hour to grind a deer as I'm trimming silver skin, gristle, and fat from the chunks. Use "Chef's Choice" knives purchased from Sam's Club for both boning out and the actual "meat cutting" part. Haven't found a better set of butchering knives yet, which makes the $8-9 I paid for them seem like a true bargain.

Great looking set up! Professional deer processing is your retirement plan?
