My camera has been working almost flawlessly since the beginning of the season. About a month ago it started to randomly cut the 60 second videos down to 10 or so each. So, I will have some with the full 60 seconds then, others that are shorter for no good reason. Even the 10 second clips end with the 60 second text splash which is clearly not the case. Has anyone experienced this or heard of others with this same issue? Called customer service and they stated that they have not heard of this problem. Good news is their willing to replace it. Bad news, it will likely take 4-6 weeks. Wanted to check here in case some has seen this.
What was the power level of your batteries? I have seen mine when the batteries were dead, when you would turn it on the text screen would be upside down. Low power levels will do funny things to electronics. I have three of them, love them without any issues. The only thing I wish, is that thetime from turning the camera on to when it starts taking pictures would be longer. It starts taking pictures before I get it in lock box / hooked on / locked to the tree. Do you know if that time duration can be changed?
