For some reason, my Bushnell camera is losing the date/time. It keeps resetting to Jan 1 at midnight. It does this every few days. I opened it up thinking maybe there is a small battery for the clock somewhere, but there isn't. It appears the only batteries are the AA batts that it uses. Anybody have any idea why it's resetting all the time, and any idea how to fix it since it's past it's warranty period?

Mine did that a few months back too. It crapped out completely a week ago and wouldn't power on. I sent it in. I called yesterday to see what kind of a timeframe for fixes now and he figured 3 - 4 weeks to get it shipped back. He seemed pretty good to talk to. Hoping the return is on the fast side of that so I can get some use as season starts

I've done all of that, with exception of calling customer service. I'll look them up and call tomorrow.

I've spotted the problem.... it's Bushnell :fro: Just kidding (not really), but I'd pull the batteries for a full day, then put new ones in. Could be a software glitch, also. CS can tell you if you need an update.
