So i'm thinking it might be my fault but i'm not quite sure. I am shooting the Bear attitude at 70# with 28 1/2 inch draw length and 28 1/2 inch Easton 340 arrows. When shooting at 20 yards my group is pretty much touching, but when I move back to 30 yards i'm all over the target. I just cant figure it out.
Gripping bow too tight? Poundage to high? Can you see your 30 yard pin ok? just some tips maybe! Good luck
I don't have a problem with the poundage or the sight. Maybe i'm gripping it to hard. Thanks for the advice
anything you are doing wrong will be magnified the further back you go, get used to the bow at 20 yards then back up to 25 and then 30 five yards might not seem llike a big deal but it does matter..Make sure you are not griping the bow too tight try and keep your fingers relaxed, make sure you are consistent with your anchor point it's all about muscle memory and consistency..
Also make sure you keep the bow up until the arrow hits the target. I run into this when I shoot longer ranges. I let the bow drop and don't follow through. Reeks havoc on groups.
