Hey everyone! I'm new to the site as of yesterday and still quite new to Bowhunting (my second year). I have seen the term thrown around here and there and it peaked my curiosity. Maybe it is my novice skill or freshness to the sport but what exactly is a Pro-staffer and how do you get to be one?
Pro staff = Promotional Staff, not Professional Staff. Being on a pro-staff should mean that you use, support, and promote what ever product you represent. Usually companies look for people or groups that can represent and help market their product. The key is you have to have something to offer to that company and you must truly believe in the product.
When we select pro staff shooters it's just like we're hiring an employee. If we have 1 opening and 3 applicants we pick the one that we feel will do the best job promotion our company and products.
