Hey....for the record, i did get deer to regularly sniff Rub Line Slime a few years ago. It was only does, located on a feeding pile...but none the less...LOL
If you truly go by only what pro staffers say in regards to product and believe them...then what you said makes sense. I don't put that much confidence in it. I know how business works and can see it for what it is. They are getting paid to represent a product. Doesn't mean the product is good or bad. The level of compensation is irrelevant. A discount being trivial was kind of my whole point of what I wrote. Meaning I believe most people would do it for as little as a discount. I'm saying that I'm one of those people. If a good company wants to give me their bow at cost. That is something I would do. I'm not in anyway trying to be a pro staffer and don't need to be. I do look for discounts or just buy at full price if needed. I like hunting to be my pastime or hobby. Don't want it to become work or a job. I'm guessing it isn't always as good as it seems. Lot of pressure to always get good footage, etc. I like to just worry about the hunt and not other things. Nothing wrong with people filming. Just had a hard time believing most wouldn't take pay to use a product or even the trivial discount if they believed in that product. Why would you not? These are my thoughts and opinions. It isn't right or wrong when we are talking about opinions. I'm guessing we are closer than it seems on this view. Clearly you wouldn't take a discount. Ha. Probably just read differently. Great points Justin! Thanks for that insight. I was looking at it from only one side. When it come to providing for yourself or your family, and a certain company wants you to endorse them, then you have to be logical and do what is best. It seems drastic in some ways because a lot of times it seems like it happens overnight.
