If you travel down to Riner VA. there's Whitetail Outfitters they deal in Firearms and Archery supplies. I would tell you to give them a call, but they do so much volume in sales getting through on the phone would be like winning the lottery. But if you go there you won't be disappointed. They are opened Monday-Tuesday from 11:00 Am to 6PM or to the last person leaves. Thursday-Saturday 11:00AM to 6:00 PM. The owner Darryl is a pretty reasonable person and the Bow Tech Chris can get you set up with a bow in no time flat. I've found Chris to be able to fix bows in the matter minutes to 2 days tops with equipment. Whenever I have a bow related issue or indeed of a new firearm I go to their first. The second place is a little farther in is Pembroke Shop and Save it's a smaller Archery and Gun store the people there are pretty friendly. And if you got cash they are willing to make a deal on the bows they have and can order specific bows that you can't find anywhere else. Bryansteens's Is a good store for guns and they will deal with you and make a deal with you that you'll be pleased with. I had a personal bad experience with them on a bow. so I can't say much more on that. But by far the place to get a deal on a firearm is Roanoke Firearms. Those guys have the weapons at a reasonable price. When I can't get a specific weapon and I'm in the Roanoke area...Roanoke Firearms is the place to go. If you didn't know there will be a Gun Show at the Civic Center This Saturday and Sunday 17th-18th. Let's not forget Gander Mountain that's where I bought my bow, When I seen it on line I had to have it. Basically everyone around here has Mathews, Parkers, and Fred Bears...but no one has a Quest Bow. So not to be like everyone else I got a Quest. Check around if you want to go to Whitetail Outfitters make a day of it, go to Buffalo Creek Burgers about 1 mile up from Whitetail and have a Buffalo Burger and get permission from the owners to go see the Buffalo's.
