Pro/cons to thumb/wrist releases

    I just switched to a thumb release and my form/anchor point has improved my groups. The only thing that concerns me is as I was drawing the bow back, the thumb release hit my shoulder once and the bow went off.
    Hunting situation, 60% of the time I'm forced into a weird position in my stand and I'm concerned about drawing the bow and bumping the thumb lever now.
    I have a tru ball bossX 4 finger.

    You should have your thumb off the thumb trigger when drawing back = problem solved
