Spent hours on end today calling around to different people to see if they will let me hunt on there land for the 2010 bow season. I scored some really nice properties from 10 acres all the way up to 320.

My question is, is there any contracts that I can print or buy that says I have permission to hunt on there land and that they are not liable for any accidents that may happen while on there property.

I want ( myself ) and the landowner to have copies of the contract.

I'am a firm believer in doing it is this way, espically with all the law suits that come about nowadays, I dont see how anyone would let you hunt on there land, espically if you dont know them. Anyways, can anyone lend a hand?

    Thanks,

    Austin

    Austin,

I doubt you will find any contracts on the web since all states laws would be different. In addition, any legal document you buy off the internet wouldn't be much protection.

However, here is something that you should look into as a hunter and for protection to the landowner. For the cost, its the best thing you could do as it shows you are really looking out for the landowner.
