Primer??

    I can't get Blazer Vanes to stick to my wraps I've tried Gorilla super glue and Krazy glue the kind with
    the brush other vanes usually stick fine and strong I am thinking of using a primer.:mad:

    How many of you use primers when fetching?:tu:

    I also like the look of the Pine Ridge Glue Primer combo anybody use it?:woot:

    Have you tried wiping the arrow shaft with acetone before applying the adhesive? Im not sure if it would mess up the wrap in any way, just throwing it out there.

    I had the same thing happen to me when I fletched some arrows with Blazers for a buddy. I don't remember what color it was but I think it was the orange he was using for the cockvane. Anyway, they wouldn't stick with anything I tried. After a lot of headscratching we discovered that every one of the vanes we had trouble with were warped. Apparently, they had been close to a heat source, even the package was warped a little. I don't know if you might've had the same issue but you might want to look a little closer at the vanes. We trashed em, and bought new Blazers.
