Went on a road trip to jackson tenn, with my wife this week so i stopped at gandermtn and dics/sporting goods to look at trail cams

The model that caught my eye was the wildgame x6cg mainly because i own two of them that i bought in my hometown at ruralking here in Mo.

Price at gm 199.99 on sale...169.99
    dics/sporting reg 199.99 on sale 149.99

rural king reg 149.99 and i bought mine on sale 119.99
and this week the are back on sale at 124.99 in my home town

not sure why the big price difference across the country?? Anyone?

As for the cam i really like it so far, I do put a piece of black tape over the red and green light, but it takes good and fast pics and after the first check on them in three weeks they both have over 75 percent of batt life left so i left them out. I will post some pics in a few weeks when i change out sd cards in them.

Cam uses 8 AA bats and is a ir type very small cam approx 3.5 x 5 Camo and has long sensor range almost 50 foot in my yard on some test i ran before i put it out in the woods.

Also i have been taking a small step ladder with me and setting my cams about 7-9 feet up in the tree and putting a small piece of wood to angle the cam towards the ground this small cam is almost invisible when set up like this. After set up i cover the detection light with black tape because of the bright red led light.
This is the best low dollar cam i have used yet. A big thumbs up so far.
