Not sure if I should post pics in the watercooler - mods feel free to move this if you like. I'm relatively new here - some of you may have seen some of my pics on other sites - so I thought I'd share some here for others to view. This is the first honey bee hive I've ever seen in the wild right out in the open like this. Kind of a neat find for sure - glad I had the point-n-shoot with me. Here's some pics I've taken from the past month or so - hope you all enjoy. All were taken with a Nikon D300 and a Nikon 200-400 f/4 lens. Rough Legged Hawk Some Redtails Some eagles A few shots on the Chenango River. Hope we don't get burried here with too much snow tomorrow. I'm about ready for spring...I'll post up some more pics as I get some. Feel free to look at my Pbase site for a bunch of others. Thanks for looking Take care Dave
Absolutely beautiful. And BTW.......perfectly acceptable post in the water cooler. Post all the pics you want.
GMMAT, the first 2 shots are of a Rough Legged Hawk - the next 5 ones are all of Redtails and then the eagles. I guess I'm not sure which one you're asking about. Eric Z - all the wildlife shots are with a Nikon D300 and a Nikon 200-400 f/4 lens.
