I do turf management... And no that doesn't mean I mow grass LOL. I have a degree in soil science and do consulting with home owners and golf courses to help develope plans for their grass.
Johnny Herrmann checking in! Sorry for being late boys, I was up in Canada fishing and filming my hitlist while catching lakers and whitefish. I hunt in WI and IL (knox and Fulton counties). My vocation is Mole and Gopher control since I sold my lawn care business last winter. I'm hoping for as great deer season to follow up my good spring of turkey hunting. Got some great bucks to chase. I'll load up some pics of them when I get a free minute. I'm game for whomever as captain. Off to kill some critters now. BTW looks like we've got a great team, should we win this thing???

As for what I do for a living I'm a chemist at a taconite mine in northern MN. Pretty much just testing product quality.
When does everyone's season start? We start the 17th of Sept here in MN. I drew a bear tag this year so I'm going to concentrate on that until I put one down or that season ends. Bear season opens Sept 1. Hopefully I can put one down in the first two weeks so I can change my focus to deer right away.
September 15th here in Missouri I was drawn for a management hunt on some really good land here for the first two weeks of season and I'm really hoping to get a big full velvet buck I was drawn for the same hunt last year and saw two giants in full velvet still but just couldn't close the deal I have a camera back out in that area this year in hopes to see them again.
Fitz is going to love that name! LOL Im going to text him and let him know that we expect points for having an original name haha. My Georgia season starts Sept. 12th and my Alabama season starts Oct. 15th
