the numbers don't show that though. Trump got basically the exact same number of votes as Romney got in 2012, and McCain got in 2008, all three of them were in the 59 million range. Difference was Hillary only got 59 million also, compared to 62 million and 69 million for the previous two elections. It was anti-Hillary that got trump the win but not because they voted for him, it was because they didn't vote at all
What's the era (years) that president trump is going to model the greatness on 1945-1955 ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Since I have been involved in the coal industry in management positions and have experience in all facets of that business I can definitely tell from your remarks that you are extremely uniformed and borderline ignorant concerning the macro economics concerning this industry and about the green energy movement that the current administration was aggressively pursuing. Pray tell how has coal been "pricing themselves" out of the market for the last 20 years. Markets are set by supply and demand not by coal companies setting pricing. Utilities go out for bid on coal contracts, coal companies bid and negotiate pricing against free market competitors and prices get set, normally from the lowest cost bid. Recent years has seen a greater supply of coal on the market than the demand and prices have tumbled, some of this was due to cheap natural gas fueled by the shale revolution and some was the result of the Obama administrations aggressive tactic of closing power plants by imposing regulations. Either way your statement was incorrect and ill informed. If you don't believe the current administration had a war on coal and was picking the winners and losers in the energy sector you do not see the effects of those policies on the hard working men and women which have lost their jobs due to those policies. I have saw it first hand and I still get angry and the senselessness of it.
Why has China cut their coal usage? Because of Obama's regulations too? They import more coal than anyone, but that is changing too.
I will say I 100% agreed with his ideas of fixing the infrastructure and schools. I'll support him Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I'm somebody who tries to find the bright side in every situation. I kept telling myself if Hillary won and took away everyone's guns, the bright side would be my neighbors couldn't use a rifle to snipe my hit listers at 200 yards. #BOWHUNTORDIE. Joking of course, I'm happy that trump was able to make it, now in my opinion our job as Americans is to continue to pray that trump surrounds himself with people to help make decisions with everyone's best interest in mind.
I am sure it is because they are using windmills, Like everything, power consumption is the product of demand. China had a bubble economy that was fueled by an infusion of dollars from their government. You can debate for days about manipulation of currencies and such but the bottom line was that their economy slowed which impacted their energy demand. China produces quite a bit of coal from their own country but is still a net importer of coal, they are still building power plants albeit at a reduced rate from previous highs. If you really want to look at a case study look at Europe and especially Germany. They moved from coal to renewables and other forms such as Nat Gas. They have since realized that was a bad decision and have recently been moving back to coal for power generation because of cost, stability and reliability. They didn't really like the fact that they had to rely on Russia and Putin for their Nat Gas to power their grid.
So this is what people do when they don't get what they want.... they go out and protest... unreal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I am sickened with all the protests of the people and celebrities, I am also bothered by all these people saying how stupid the people that voted for Trump are. They really do dismiss anyone that does not agree with them, that is truly what is wrong with this country.
