    Gotta keep them deer happy with 3.5" tall groomed trails! Also time to rake away all those pesky twigs that snap-crackle-pop on the way into the stand on dark mornings!     we normally do this as well, though our trails aren't as wide.
    I have a hedge trimmer attachment for my weedeater that just cuts through anything smaller than about a half inch tree.
