I have a small 4 wheeler but have been seriously looking at cheap battery powered golf carts. Just curious what everyone else uses or would like to use?

I use the resort's golf cart for some of my hunting spots. I'm a big fan of battery power for hunting vehicles. I don't like spending time & energy eliminating scent only to jump on a wheeler or boat and smell like a service station.

They have their limitations, but when capable, I'll choose them every time!

    Here's the cart...

And my other gas-free transportation :tu:

The only time I will break a ride out for hunting is if I need to haul something out. Its boot leather for me all the time, even on those mile long jaunts to a stand. Oh and its a quad!

FTR, most of my transportation is to get me across the lake. I still have to hoof it in to my stands, anywhere from 200yds to a mile.

I have never driven the atv to hunt but I use it for checking cams, hanging stands, and clearing away trees that may have fallen. I know some guys who actually ride them to their stands, but not this guy. Although if I had an electric vehicle I would consider it.

    Blessings.......Pastorjim

I walk 99.9 % of the time, but if I had a trailer to bring my wires grandpas ectronic golf cart and more room in my garage then yeah I would use it hunting. My hunting buddy live about 2 miles up the road, so I just go grab his 4wheeler after I kill my deer. About 3 years ago I had to bring my 12' John boat with electric grooming motor to get to my ground, because it was all flooded out. Wafers wouldn't have worked as i would have to cross a creek.
