Prefer Mornings or Evenings?

Evenings for the most part but my 4 biggest bucks were shot between 2:00 and 4:00 pm.

 

i did read some where on here about areas of hunting.so i hunt the area between feeding area (field) and bedding area.then take a lunch then i hunt the edge of the feeding area.is this correct?also how can you tell when rutting is starting?
