I am a little tight on cash this year and I was wanting to get some new camo that's not from walmart this time. I am either gettin the full season. Bowhunting suit or predator camo I was wondering what you guys thought about these two
I use predator camo a lot. Great pattern, blends in basically anywhere. You really can't go wrong with it.
I have been nothing but impressed with my predator hunting gear. From the feedback I hear from fellow hunters to the "look right through me" experiences time after time from critters.. It's a great concept in camo patterns.
You'd be hard pressed to find a camo pattern more effective than Predator IMO. Predator is designed in such a way that it mimics nothing and destroys your human form. The big commercial patterns are pretty, make no mistake about it, with their photo realistic limbs, leaves, bark, etc. However they are so detailed that at normal bowhunting distances, they blob up. I've been using Predator camo exclusively for six years now and have been astounded by how well it works on game and other hunters as well. Plus, their clothing is quality and worth the money.
Thanks guys I will try predator camo this year and see what happens I knew wither way it would be a good choice
Have a few more questions. Is it warm? It gets really cold here in december sometimes below 0? Do they have gloves I haven't seen them yet. Where is the cheapest place to get the camo from?
Yes the fleece is very warm with wind barriers built in. You can buy predator camo from predators website, day one camo, and gray wolf woolens
Is the bowhunter T worth the extra $$, is it hot? or should I just stick with a simple cotton T for early season?
The poly shirt is the best for early season.... Its like wearing silk almost, except its polyester. The poly pants and shirt are amazing for early season bc they allow your body to breathe and not sweat as bad. The cotton t-shirt will work just as fine as well.
