So since there is no "predator hunting" section I'll ask it here.

What is a good predator call that isn't electronic? Something I can throw in with my other calls. I will add it would only be for coyotes. We don't have too many other predators here. Would just a primos or flextone yelp or howl work?

    Cottontail distress call works good.

I had a friend at work tell me the other day, it you see a coyote or cat just out of bow range make a little sqeaking sound on the back of your hand. Last week I shot two coyotes doing that. Works really well. Sounds like a little field mouse or something.....

Sounds dumb but you just get the back of your hand wet (the part between your thumb and index finger) and make a sucking noise. Try it out.

Any cottontail or jack rabbit call will work wonders on the yotes. If you have no experience with hand calls get yourself a closed reed cottontail.
