You got it, T .... Heavenly Father, Lord, we thank you that we can come before the Throne of Grace and make any and all of our petitions known. We are grateful that You not only hear all of our requests, but that You delight in them. We ask that all would be kept safe during this hunting season, Father. We pray for your presence as we wake early, climb trees, take those long walks, drag deer, and come home late. Father we pray that we would use the time in your creation to draw closer to you .... so much so that it would effect us as we work and spend time with our families. Help us to remember to talk to you and pray for others during those hours on stand. Father we ask that you would also bless us with many deer. Father we ask that our kills will be clean and for the deer we hit to be found. We pray you would guide our aim and control our adrenalin when the time comes. Father we pray for those that can't be out there in the capacity that they would like to be ... bring them peace. Touch their bodies and heal quickly those that are waiting for an injury to mend. So we lift up the BH.COM 2011/2012 season to the Throne Room of Heaven and place it ALL at Your feet. Put your arms of protection around us, Lord and we give You the glory for our ability to participate in this sport we love so much! Yes, and prayers for our men and women soldiers who are either serving our country or were injured while serving. Prayers that they would be comforted and find joy in other things as they once did hunting. In Jesus' name... Amen
