I will pray for each of you.

May God soften our hearts, quiet our minds, and embrace our souls. I pray he guides us toward living a peaceful and quiet life in which his Glory is our desire.

You are always there to comfort. My father who is my mentor and closest friend has dementia, yesterday his doc told me that it is going to worse in a hurry and we need to consider puting him in a home. Also, the doctor wnats me to bring this up to my mom. I know it sounds silly guys but yesterday was one of the most difficult days in my life. He is a great man and a decorated veteran from Korea and has always been my pillar of strength, he does not deserve this. No one does.

My wife fell on the ice in March, compound fractures of the tibia and fibia and 15 other breaks in lower leg and ankle. Her recovery has plateud, they say it may not get any better. She walks with a terrible limp. Please pray that she can continue to heal and that I may find the strength to help my father and deal with his illness.

I want to thank everone for their will wishes ! The daughter had her gall bladder surgery on Tuesday. They found four stones, one was about an inch in diameter, all went well, just 4 small incisions, she will probably be back to work on Monday.
Prayers still going out to those that need them !

Tony, you are a gem !

Too God be the glory! So whether God took care of that thing and turned it into scar tissue, or that is what it was anyway, that tissue brought a bunch of His kids together and of one mind to talk to Him .... Man I LOVE How God works!!! :hail:

Phil ... I just obeyed that still small Voice ... to God be all the glory ... and praise Him that your girl came thru well.

Lets keep this going, everyone ... His kids can make a difference by bringing Jesus into any picture :)

Asking for prayers for Officer Tran of the Des Moines Police Department. Last night he was directing traffic outside the fairgrounds when a drunk driver ran him down. He is currently in a coma and had surgery today to relieve pressure on the brain. He has a wife and two small children at home.
The driver of the vehicle was 3 times over the blood alcohol limit and had been out celebrating his 37th birthday when he hit Officer Tran.

WoW!!! Man I can't stand drunk drivers  ... I wish they would only hurt or kill themselves instead of others .... he is in my prayers, bro ... so is the guy that was driving drunk, as hard as that is for me, he needs God

I am trying to compile a prayer list where we can update it and add to it ... but my time is super crunched ,,, I will get it out as soon as possible, unless someone else gets to it first ...

I usually don't ask for myself, but last week I felt a sharp stabbing pain in the right side of my neck and lost my voice for 3 days. Went to the VA Hospital where they did a CT scan and blood tests only to tell me that they didn't think it was cancer. The symptoms went away until today and they're back. I'm a little concerned and need some extra voices with the Lord.

PT you are my guy! I hope all will turn for the best in everyone's health and journey's! I have always said my prayers in the hunting stand for myself and my fellow hunters on a safe trip and hunt. I also say for everyone to be safe in travel and have a great day. I lost a girlfriend at the young age of 33 to cancer in 2004 and she was a hunter. I talk to her every time I am in a tree stand. That is what starts my hunts. She is missed dearly! Health is a big thing for me due to her and my brother with his issues that he has had for the past two years stemming from a motor cycle accident. I also ride and I know he wants to again. He T-boned a deer when a cop car turned the deer back into my brothers lane. The cop felt bad but things happen.

I pray that everyone in this forum has a successful and safe hunting season! Be safe in your travels and have the best time of your life enjoying what god gave us to enjoy! I hope that all sick and injured heal to 100% and are pain free! The dear Lord is the MAN!

Bumping this back up. Could use a few prayers for my dad. He is throwing up again today which is the third time this summer with no signs of food poisoning or flu virus (it tends to disappear each time in about 12 to 24 hrs. He's scheduled to see a doctor shortly. Hopefully he gets some answers.

Now I wish people would see how God works ... and they will say that it was coincidental that Matt and I posted this thread back up at the same exact time ... that is GOD my friends! I believe God let that happen, touching my heart and Matt's heart to bump this thread to show SOMEONE He is in control ....

Matt, going to The Saviour right now with this request .....
