How should I remove my broadhead arrows from my target? should I just pull them back through like I do my FP's or is there a better way?

My target is made out of layers of foam compressed together.

if you are shooting basic fixed blade broadheads, then ya just pull them out, anything else like mechanicals you should use the practice heads that come with them or get some. Otherwise certain targets accept more styles of broadheads, but still I wouldn't want to chance my good ones if they were mechanicals!
