With the seasons starting how many of you are still shooting that bow
    to keep sharp?
I bring a block with me everytime and wing a dozen or two before I
    head to a stand.

Funny you mention this as I was going to post it this morning lol. Anyway. I took a shot at one of the several coons that are destroying our cornfields and shot over the top of him at 30 yards. I knew something was wrong. I got back to the farm and setup my target crawled up on the roof of the house which is about 18-20 feet high. Took 4 shots bingo dead center. Didnt have to aim low at all. I verified my muzzys were shooting the same as my field points so I know that the broadheads arent the problem. I did notice my peep had slid earlier that morning when shooting from the ground. All is well now. But i try to shoot every day for about 15 minutes before heading out. Bring on the critters!

You bet! I'm always shooting every chance I can get. Yesterday I must of shot at least 100 arrows out of my recurve. I was a little bit wore out at the end being I pull 73lbs. It wasn't a good day shooting either yesterday. I kept shooting to the left, It's something I hardly ever do. I'm not happy and I need to figure out what I'm doing wrong!!:bash:

I'm still shooting, but I've broken from my normal routine. I'm not shooting as much as I was. I worked hard all summer to get my bow and myself dialed in. Now it's time to reep the benefits, from a treestand:d. I'm still shooting a few arrows with broadheads a day, just to make sure eveything is good to go:cool:

It's time to relax and hunt:tu:
