I'm in college, so when I go home on the weekend I will shoot Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Probably 40 arrows. Summer I will shoot every day before or after work. It's so fun just to shoot.
Good luck with your surgery I blew my shoulder out from football dislocated it 10 times in a month then finally separated to where I needed to have 4 titanium screws put in. But I now have full range of motion and no pain in my shoulder ! The physio does suck but is well worth it !
