We saw this guy last fall as a 1 year old and he was already showing really great mass. This year he really blew up as a 2 year old. I can't wait to see what he does at 3 and 4 if he makes it that far and sticks around. IMO this is the kind of deer that's got the potential to be something really special.

Hoping we have some encounters with him this fall so we can get some more footage of him on the hoof. Should make for a great story when we eventually try to kill him. :D

Dream deer in the making. Love those palmations. Is this a new gene trait in that area? Or are there other bucks?

Man he really could grow in to a beast if he makes it a couple more years. Name him Moose?

I'm actually calling him Winkelman. :D I felt Bullwinkle was just too overused.

Haven't seen any other deer with those characteristics in the area, so not sure where it came from.
