My hunting stuff is all packed, bow is shooting, and I still have about 30 days to wait. So, lets see everyones trucks/cars/utv/atv's/etc.. Heres mine: 2001 Ranger XLT 5spd
I got a couple. 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 and a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4. I dont have pics of them as they look like every other Dodge ram.
Same here, '01 dodge Ram. Looks like any other one going down the road. It's in great shape though, except sux gas like a mother. Besides, I fell for a post like this yesterday "show us those stands" and then I was the only one that jumped on board with pics and no one else did, HA!
Here's my rig before I started to rebuild it: And how it sits now, about 1/3 of the way in: But this is my real hunting rig :
That is a sexy looking beast. Very nice. I'll be sporting a 1998 Ford Ranger Supercab this year. Just picked up a used tonnue cover for it and yanked the back seats out and am building a bow/gun rack in their place. Those should give me enough room to put all my crap in there and keep it out of the weather. I bring way too much stuff though. Going to interesting switch from my 06 F150 Supercab but now I don't have payments which means more hunting and less having to scrounge for gas money. There will probably be a couple of trips to western KS involved this fall as well, which I am very excited about.
97 GMC Sierra. Torsion bar keys, add-a-leaf in back, grill guard and 6x9 KC lights, 285/75/r16 tires. Average old GM truck...
Did you add new keys or crank your existing ones? I am going to be cranking mine soon to level the truck out
That is a great looking truck Schultzy. Looked at one simular to that the other day. Just wished it was closer to my price range.
2011 F-150 with the new 5.0l motor. In hindsight, I wish I would have gotten the Ecoboost motor, simply because I'm a turbo car fan.......with that said this truck does everything I need plus some and I'm getting about the same gas mileage that the Ecoboost guys are claiming.
04 F150 Super Crew 4x4 Lariat. Gets from A to B. only bad part is I leave it for the mowing crew to use March-October so I never get to drive it hardly. Drive an 05 Camry for daily driving.
2001 Chevy 2500 HD, extended cab, 4x4. Dark blue and dirt (and rust and dried blood) with assorted politically incorrect stickers. Gets just enough mpg that I [usually] can make it from gas station to gas station.
Thanks Vito, I'm in the process of planning a trip to Thousand Islands next spring for my first musky trip and hope to put it to good use!
