Dang! Would you believe that I have NEVER had a beard? Joined the Navy at 17. By the time I was 19 the Navy did away with beards because you couldn't get a seal with a gas mask or an oxygen breathing apparatus (OBA). By the time I retired I just wasn't interested. Now if I tried to grow one the gray in it would just make me look older than I already do.
Here is a picture from today I took. Its actually pretty short compared to what it usually is but come this fall it will be just a great mustache. Cant put an air mask on with this. I need to breath if I go into a fire.
That was my excuse for attempting to grow one having to shave every day I was in the Marine Corps, although not the full 20 I did 5.
Thank you. I haven't done much yet. A lot of school work but after I get back down to school this fall I will be getting on the volunteer department Ive been talking to this past spring.
Im a wimp and let the lady win this fight. She doesnt like much facial hair, so all I get is a goatee on the shorter side.
this is it... i know its weak but i cant grow a beard says the gf but i have to have a little to show that i am somwhat a man, so basicaly she only has one of my balls... yay me
