    Hey i hunt in northern illinois, and it is mid to late november just had first snow. I was wondering how i should hunt for the mature bucks. should i sit in the stand till early december or should i still hunt the rest of the season? let me know thanks.

    Agreed! If the rut is out, then nutrition becomes priority one again. I hate mornings and I'm lazy, so I try to find deer that are like me that prefer to thrash around in the afternoon :-P
