What does your bow do just after you release? What should it do?

I am just curious if my form is off. The top of my bow seems to come back a little and then the bow tilts off to the right (I am right handed).

Sorry, couldnt resist. My post release sounds similar to yours except that my bow tends to then tip pretty much straight forward.

Ha! Kinda saw that coming. Oh wait, I mean, I figured a comment similar to that would be posted.

Ideally it should be balanced so that it falls away from you but with modern drop away rests it's less critical than it used to be with the old spring rests. If it's a hunting bow and doesn't have a lot of stabilizer length or weight then what you describe sounds typical.

It is a hunting setup and I have a short Limbsaver stabilizer on it. Not much weight out there to pull the bow down.
