That is a monster! Amazing mass on tha bad boy, but I believe he'll score as a non-typical for best results. Asymmetry might hurt him too much as a typical. Some of those points look like they come off the main beam funny. Yea, dude could at least fake a smile.

For the right price I would, not sure what that price would be though.

Well the deer was scored today. Official green gross is 205 5/8 and the net is 195 6/8. This is the bummer though. They scored it non typical. The green typical net was 187 4/8.

I would have it scored as a typical. After the drying period it would most likely not make boone as a non typical.

    Jeeze, what a deer.
Good example of just how damn hard it is to break the Booner barrier. The stars and planets have to align just right, angels have to sing and at least five galaxies have to intertwine before a buck makes B&C. That's what makes it so special though.

There have been so many deer killed and recorded at this point that breaking a record in almost any state is literally like winning powerball, it's ridiculous. If a person is hunting with hopes of killing a Booner or a state record then they are in for a lot of disappointment.

Cool deer. But I don't see that as being a bummer. It is a non-typical rack for sure. Way too many deductions to score near the top of the records for typicals. It wouldn't bring enough money to make me want to part with it for a replica. I would hang onto the original and enjoy it.

This is all very true, but people DO win the Power Ball on occasion, so if there's a chance people will take it. It's this same mind set that keeps us in the woods on ugly days trying for that MONSTER!
