One month as a member and you're already working on two thread closures. Might as well keep it going.

River if one person tells you that you look like a horse you can dismiss them, if more people tell you that you look like a horse you might want to start shopping for a saddle. At this point you should have 2. It's OK you can recover at this point just read your posts aloud to yourself before hit enter.

Reading your comments make me sick. You call yourself a hunter? Hunters don't say those type of comments about other hunters, its people like you that allow anti-hunters to have so much power of us. You do realize that if he hadn't shot that mule deer the next hunter to see him would have? Or the next? Or the next? Or what about getting hit by a car. There is no way for ONE mule deer to survive in a part of Wisconsin where 90% of the population hunts. Get over yourself. The only 'selfish doosh' I see is you

I wouldn't have shot it and many wouldn't have. I agree with Woodsman at an ethics level, but I try to stand by the if legal I try to support the choice.

I wouldn't say that we as collective forum members are invested enough to be considered worried about you. It is clear that you are here for the reaction, there is an ignore function and we will use it and you will grow bored and move along, just don't piss on everybody's boots here there is tons of good information and support.

We are all entitled to our opinion but I also can not say that I am willing to support the actions and opinions of every person who buys a license and calls themselves a hunter.

Hey 1 post wonder the anti's could have a field day with this guy think about it if you can. The deer could have lived, we'll never know for sure and 90% is a made up number, if your going to try and argue at least try and make up a believable number if you would have read the rest of my posts in this thread this is my opinion just like you have one so go back to AT and try and argue with those guys.

Except that the anti's don't really care what kind of deer it is. And really, not too many do. It was a legal deer. We have rare occasion mulies in Iowa too. I would think it to be a rare trophy regardless of size. Because, they are never going to have an established herd here or Wisconsin anyway. Its just not going to happen.

I don't get the assumption a lone buck could establish a free ranging herd of mule deer.

He would likely breed a few whitetail, who's offspring would also breed with a whitetail on down the generational line.

Eventually the offspring will have so little mule deer genes left in them it's pointless anyway.

Or wait, this isn't about mule deer anymore
