This would be rediculous in my opinion...I don't even have internet access in the area that I hunt and it's 120 miles from where I live.

I would like to Veto both now!!!

Amendement 1: That is going to be extremely tough for alot of members. Alot of guys/gals travel to camps or properties without computers or internet access. I know the guys that were out in ND last week were not able to upload a large video from a camera using cell service.

Amendment 2: This contest is for FUN!!! I like the current rules. If you happen to be in a state that only allows 1 tag so sorry but it is blind draw which team you land on so hopefully your team can make up for that. It is just part of the contest. Let's not over complicate all this with different multipliers and rules. I like it now First buck and first doe are your points!

I like the rules as they stand. I don't think it's fair to the earn a buck states because they must kill a Dow first then if that's all they get that's it. Us guys that can kill either have an advantage.

The 24 hour clause is a bit steep I think. 48 is good with me. If a person is at camp and has no access to the Internet (which I know may not be as often as it was 10 years ago) they at least have time to get access.

I honestly do not mind the rules as they are.

The rule change was brought up before the contest started but we wanted to wait and have the captains vote on it.

At first I was totally for it. But, now that I see guys whining about every possible situation I would rather not implement it. In fact, I would be 100% in favor of dropping does from the contest all together after this year.

There in only ONE thing that's a constant all through the country and that is everyone can shoot one buck. If we want to make this a fair contest, it should be one buck and one buck only. Starting in 2013 that is. How does ever got into this contest when not everyone can shoot them is beyond me.

I would be OK with just bucks ... I do think there needs to be a multiplier for Mulies though ....

I change my answer and i think that does should be allowed. Not everybody shoots a buck every year. IMO it would be ridiculous to get rid of the doe rule.

As i stated i like the idea of the second buck counting as doe points. I think does should stay in the contest...but either way people will complain.

Its a contest for fun! So fitz...good luck :tu:

Then we need to deduct points for bucks taken during the work week as there is less pressure and not everyone can get out and hunt on weekdays!

Right and everyone in Illinois should automatically loose points too because not every state has the calibur of bucks that Illinois has. And I think that you should get points if you shoot a deer with a NAP broadhead or Carbon Express arrows. How about bonus points if you shoot it on the 5th tuesday of the month too.

This can so easily get out of hand an with this many people in the contest it is impossible to make the rules work for everyone. I like the rules as is. Only thing I think should change for next year is minimum post count for members. This will help to reduce all the no shows and get more active members in the contest. Other then that leave well enough alone!

Left-handed women who hunt on public ground and drive a prius should get triple points.

Here is waht Isay fitz I trust you.
If you add this I will back you all the way.
If a guy is in a state where he only gets buck tags then I would say that is really no different than the fergie clause.
But there really is no way to make it totally fair either that I can see.
If you do add it and a guy shoots 2 bucks on the sameday who cares is he scores the bigger buck first.
This is all for fun and bragging rights anyway.
If you want to make it a bit more fair if there is a person on a team that only gets one tag than let a teammate that get unlimited doe tags add one extra doe for that team.
