I checked a camera today that has been sitting for almost a year. I don't go into this spot very often and was really looking forward to checking this card. Some POS turned the camera off and took the SD card. There is a coyote den not far from there I would like to put that ****** in!!! The trail it was covering was BEATEN down too Sorry for those who expected a Cudde thread
That sucks man. I'm gonna start putting my cameras up high and place a wedge behind them to aim them down. That way they don't get spotted so easy.
The perfect setup now,set up a cam watching your old cam, so when who ever comes back to put the card back? I feel they will because otherwise they would have taken it or smashed it. Get um..
That sucks, kinda seems like maybe they didn't have any interest in stealing camera just making sure you didn't know who was there. But who knows, either way its BS.
I don't know why people can't leave their hands off of things that don't belong to them. At least they didn't take the camera. Blessings..........Pastorjim
Very few but every once in a while I have some A **** that will walk through. I have only lost 2 cameras over the years but I think I know who did this. I have set a bunch of cameras to catch him. He has a stand right on the property line 30 yards from one of my stands. The issue I have is where he has the stand there is no where he can shoot a deer on his property, he is hunting the same major pinch point as me on my side of the fence.
That sucks for sure. at least you`ve still got the camera. Anybody had success setting up a 2nd camera up in a tree?
We have that problem too, I hate people that set up on fence line. I really don't care if you only have 5 acres to hunt when you set up and make it obvious your trying to hunt what's not yours I usually make it pretty hard for them. Park truck, atv, whatever there even if means I gotta walk farther. Gut piles or calves we lose work just as good.
