Pops completes the Trifecta...

    Got a text from my dad late yesterday... all it said was "Moose down." Not entirely sure about all the details but, I've gotta give it to him. He hunted is arse off and took advantage of his opportunities. Regardless of what the rest of the seasons (OK and TX) hold it's been a heckuva year.

    He's killed a mule deer, a P&Y bull elk, and a moose all within a 3.5 week period... all this before Oklahoma or Texas bow season's even open. :eek: He has some studs on his newly acquired property on the OK/TX border and he drew a highly coveted tag on the Hagerman Wildlife Refuge.

    I'm excited for him and pretty proud too! :D:D:D
