That seems more like a sloppy hunter/weekend warrior/i watch tv hunters/new guy problem.

Why would a seasoned hunter not want what is best availible to him in order to harvest a deer? He doesnt HAVE to use it.

(Of course i had to be debating with a recurve hunter..LOL!)

It's not the seasoned hunter. It's the newcomers. I guarantee they outnumber the vets by 10 to 1.

What kind of science fiction are you talking about! :argue:

So your stating the average hunter is going to start using illegally transported poison and laser guided arrows just because Pope and Young allows lighted nocks?

    LOLz :bash:

I do think that this should have passed but I understand they have every right to run their club any way they see fit. I also think if more of their members talked and posted like Schultzy less people would think they are an elitist club. Unfortunately there are members that make asinine comments which makes the club look bad.

Maybe there should be better hunter safety/introduction/ethics courses.

Tell the pro shops/tv shows to promote bow hunting a better way. They think these people are gods.

No, as I stated earlier, PY is drawing a technology line. Not much different then the gun control debate in reverse. ban assault weapons and there goes my semi auto shotgun. The game vector proves that technology will outpace the sport. An infared or laser guided broadhead will be here soon enough.

NO...a crossbow isnt an upright bow, which is what P&Y is for. You're comparing apples to oranges. What a crossbow hunter does is no concern to P&Y?
