how do i get to have one of the cool pope and young pile up decals on my screen name. I also set a couple of treestands this weekend. When me and my brother in law was driving back we seen a monster bedded down in a bean feild about 300 yards away from another one of my stands. Im pumped. Oct cant come fast enough

Go to page #3, place your curser on the photo and when it "opens", save the pic to your computer. Then go into your profile and use the edit feature to make it your profile pic.

Derek, I missed your pics that were posted on that page... you have some studs!!

I am fairly confident that my spot will produce opening weekend, but with public land you just never know. No promises, as it is next to a corn field and you while the corn was up this last weekend, it may not be in two weeks. If I see a decent doe, I'll put her down and get us on the board.

Oh and Josh, update your signature, it says team 2, lol.

I found a spot on public land 500 yards from parking. For all you that believe in God, pray that no one else finds this and that I can hunt it first. I will post us up some numbers in the first week. Oct 1st baby! Ninja mode.

while moving trail cameras last weekend. i saw something that every archer dreads. As i walked up the hill to my stand location i had high hopes after i found a set of large staggered tracks (deffinately a mature buck) on the main trail i hunt. Right as i crested the hill i saw a perpendicular 2 x 4 on the tree and thought to my self.. that is no good. Walked up to it and sure enough someone hung a hang on stand right on my hill top. this was my best stand by far on average i saw three bucks a sit and only saw one buck twice the whole season. He is like 70 yards from either part of the hill top that i hunt so either i chance it and get in earlier before him in the mornings or ill justleave that stand. I do have some other good spots though and will more than likely put a doe down first day.

Cant wait to get in the tree on September 15th here in WI. Have had my eye on some slobs. I have 7or 8 shooters coming out daily to an alfalfa field for the last month and a half. Have had this spot on my radar for 2 years just never checked it out. I have an 8 that will score around 155" and a 10 that is about 160" that are on the top of my list.

Great to have you on our team Mike. Hopefully, you'll get the big buck this year instead of Justin.

Nice. Can't wait to see what you put down this year. I have lots of family up north near Pike county and a couple of cousin that bowhunt but only kill does and small bucks. I think its because they shot the first thing that comes by, but who knows. I'm going to have them take me out with them this year and hopefully'll be able to show them that they do have big bucks on the property. What county is your lease in?

With my job I'm all over the state all the time. This year I'll be in Chicago a ton, so I may check out some public land why up there.

Checked the trailcams again. I believe we're getting a pattern on this guy. We have a stand hung where this pic was taken. All our pictures of this guy have been at night. Hopefully he'll start moving around during daylight come November. Pay no attention to the time and date. The display on this camera isn't working, but it takes pics.

    He's a stud.

Here are some new bucks that showed up. I put this camera in a new spot. It's not very clear but if you look closely, you can see he's a pretty wide 8 or 10 point. Notice the eyes at the top of the pic between the trees. That's a better buck than the first one.

Here's the second one coming down.

Not sure if this is the first or second buck headed back up the bank.

cant unfortunately, college only will let me hunt friday evenings and all day sits on saturdays. i have a small fall break early in october which i will be able to hunt on a monday.. still disheartening to know that someone else is hunting it. all your hard work is worthless if they dont care about scent elimination and being undetectable.

Well I couldn't wait anymore. So I stopped at my property yesterday afternoon and pulled my cards. My new stand isn't really producing what I thought. 1 night pic of a doe. However I do have a new buck on camera. I have pics of him last year. He still small, but I think he's going to be a stud in a couple more years. I can't post pics from my phone for some reason so I guess I'll add the pics later on.
